Reinvention

Our Belief

Science-based tools + experiential learning + equine wisdom = lasting reinvention mindset

2-Day Workshop Includes...

...Virtual meeting(s) with team leaders to uncover key business challenges, aspirations, and current barriers so facilitators can tailor the program’s design.

...Pre-Work Reinvention Audit -- online personal assessment completed by each participant and
submitted for faculty review in advance of the program.

...Day 1 Unveiling of your team’s reinvention snapshot, prepared by The Horse Institute,
orientation on what we can learn from a herd of horses.

... Day 2 Reinvention in action: a series of 30-minute experiential, goal-oriented exercises led by certified facilitators in partnership with equine faculty.

Today's Reality

The workplace is evolving at a speed few organizations are prepared to match. We must reinvent continuously.
Many companies unknowingly fall into what the Reinvention Academy calls Titanic Syndrome—the dangerous belief that past success guarantees future safety, even as warning signs go unnoticed. Teams react late, cling to “the way we’ve always done it,” or struggle to
translate strategy into action.

A Fresh Reality

Innovation is no longer a one-time event, or the sole responsibility of the CEO assisted by consultants. Organizations that thrive in tumultuous times have one thing in common: reinvention energy flows naturally and every team member understands the reinvention cycle.

This workshop will help your organization experience and embrace adaptive leadership, using a shared language and process for continuous reinvention.

"I learned to remember the horse (i.e., client/vendor). Open my peripheral vision. Be aware of other team members, even the quiet ones (the horse)."
