Why HorsesCommunication

Would your team benefit from communicating more clearly or developing cross-cultural sensitivity?

Would your team benefit from members increasing their individual confidence, being more forthcoming with their ideas, or being heard?
  • Communicate Clearly.  Horses respond to clear communication, one command at a time.  They are honest and give immediate feedback.  Participants learn to focus on the task and to give clear directions.
  • Communicate Nonverbally.  Horses use nonverbal communication better than humans do.  Thus, participants learn what their body language says to others and consequently are more confident.
  • Conquer Fear of the Unknown.  Horses are big and can be intimating.  Participants conquer their fear of the unknown and learn to hold off making inaccurate and typically negative assumptions about physical attributes when meeting new people.
