






Larry Stockl is the CFO of The Horse Institute. He received his training in equine assisted learning from the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A), from Greg Kersten’s pioneering OK Corral Series and from Tim Manson of Innovative Horizons.
Prior to owning and managing the Hudson Valley New York horse farm that serves as The Horse Institute’s home base, Larry spent 10 years as a director of airline relations at American Express in New York City. Prior to that, he was a director at the leading tour wholesaler Globus Gateway. Larry began his career as a charter operator following his studies at Columbia College.
Born and raised in California, Larry has traveled extensively
around the globe. He speaks French and is conversant in German. With
his extensive background in the travel industry and equine expertise,
he is uniquely positioned to ensure that corporate meetings and
retreats at The Horse Institute run smoothly and that all participants’
needs are met.
